Wonderfoam is the easy way to add foam and texture to your drinks without the hassle or expense of using egg white. This means it's quicker, easier, and more economical than ever to create textural cocktails; each 100ml bottle of Wonderfoam can make more than 400 drinks! (otherwise 400 egg whites)

Simply add 3–6 drops to your ingredients depending on the size and style of the drink, then shake to create a thick and stable foam!

Wonderfoam is made from the bark of the Quillaja saponaria tree, which is wild-harvested according to strict quotas with each lot approved by CONAF and overseen by the
Chilean Ministry of Agriculture. The raw bark is then locally processed using water extraction to naturally create Wonderfoam.
